Veteran Journalist Sh.Naresh Kaushal received the Silver Elephant Award at the first National Rover-Ranger Jamboree organised by the Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) in Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka presented the honour in recognition of Kaushal’s lifelong association with the Scout and Guide movement. The award recognised his efforts to promote the values of service, discipline and nation-building through his journalism.
