Sakshi Katyal to Take Charge as New Chair of CII IWN, Focus on Strengthening Women Entrepreneurs’ Network
Sakshi Katyal will assume charge as the new Chair of CII IWN (Indian Women Network) on January 16. Currently serving as the Co-Chair, she aims to further strengthen networking among women entrepreneurs and expand the reach of the platform.
Speaking about her vision, Sakshi Katyal said her primary objective is to connect more women entrepreneurs and actively promote their businesses. She emphasized that strong networking plays a crucial role in business growth and collaboration, especially for women-led enterprises.
Highlighting a key challenge faced by many women entrepreneurs, Sakshi noted that a lack of technical knowledge often becomes a barrier to scaling businesses. To address this issue, she plans to organize expert-led sessions that will focus on technology, skills development, and practical business solutions.
At present, around 120 women entrepreneurs actively associate with the Indian Women Network, and under her leadership, the network will expand further and offer more learning and engagement opportunities.
In addition to technical sessions, the team will invite motivational speakers to inspire and guide women entrepreneurs. These initiatives aim to build confidence, enhance capabilities, and create a supportive ecosystem for women in business.
With a clear focus on empowerment, collaboration, and skill development, Sakshi Katyal will add new momentum to CII IWN and strengthen its role in promoting women entrepreneurship across the region.
